Return and Replacements

Replacement

We offer a free replacement within 5 days of delivery if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • An item is missing from your order.
To request a replacement, email at safeskincare@whiteslate.in with your order number, photos, and unboxing video (if applicable).

Missing Package Claims

An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:

  • Empty package received
  • Missing item(s)
  • Partial order received
The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by customers.

Refunds may be provided if:

  • The order is cancelled.
  • The order is lost in transit.
  • A replacement cannot be arranged.
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the required proof.

WHITE SLATE reserves the right to verify and reject claims that are incomplete, unverifiable, or fraudulent.
